Politica bugetar-fiscală

Video: regimul fiscal al agenților economici care desfășoară activități în domeniul comercializării deșeurilor de metale, în contextul politicii fiscale 2025

Prin Legea nr.214 din 31 iulie 2024 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (ce vizează politica bugetar-fiscală și vamală pentru anul 2025), au fost operate modificări la Codul fiscal, inclusiv și abrogarea capitolului 73 „Regimul fiscal al agenţilor economici care desfăşoară activităţi în domeniul comercializării deşeurilor de metale feroase şi neferoase”. Prevederile respective au intrat în vigoare la data de 15 august 2024, dar se pun în aplicare începând cu 1 ianuarie 2024. 

  

Prin urmare, agenții economici care desfășoară activități în domeniul comercializării deșeurilor de metale feroase și neferoase revin la regimul standard de impozitare, cu aplicarea impozitului în cuantum de 12% asupra venitului impozabil, de la cel anterior de 7%.
