Вправе ли компания получать выплаты наличными деньгами от других юридических лиц в размере, превышающем 100 тысяч леев в месяц?
Согласно ст. 1 ч. (2) Закона № 34/2024 об осуществлении наличных денежных расчетов и о внесении изменений в некоторые нормативные акты, целью данного закона является стимулирование осуществляемых с помощью безналичных платежных инструментов платежей с целью повышения их прозрачности и безопасности. Положения закона устанавливают обязанности хозяйствующих субъектов, участвующих в экономических сделках, осуществляющих или получающих платежи. Так, в соответствии со ст. 5 ч. (1) Закона № 34/2024, лица, указанные в ст. 2, ч. (1), лит. а)–е), имеют право: а) осуществлять в отношении других юридических или физических лиц, которые осуществляют предпринимательскую и/или профессиональную деятельность в сфере правосудия или в области здравоохранения, платежи наличными деньгами в сумме, не превышающей в совокупности 100 000 леев в месяц.
