Aprecierea monedei unice europene față de dolarul SUA este una temporară și reprezintă o reacție excesivă a investitorilor, după ce Banca Central Europeană (BCE) a decis joi extinderea programului de relaxare și reducerea dobînzii la depozitele bancare, spun experții solicitați de Moldpres.
