Conform Planului de acţiuni privind minimizarea practicii de achitare a salariilor „în plic” şi a „muncii la negru”, aprobat de Guvern acum şase ani, Biroul Naţional de Statistică (BNS), Ministerul Finanţelor şi Ministerul Muncii, Protecţiei Sociale şi Familiei erau obligate ca în anii 2011-2012 să revizuiască formele de evidenţă primară privind timpul de muncă şi salarizarea, ca măsură de eradicare a muncii informale.
