Urmează a se stabili: entitatea trebuie să distribuie pe subdiviziuni impozitul pe venit reținut la sursă conform art.901 din Codul fiscal (CF)?

В ходе третьего раунда приватизации Агентство публичной собственности выставило 13 объектов стоимостью 1,01 млрд. леев, в том числе 10 госпредприятий и 3 акционерных общества, находящихся в собственности государства. Коммерческий конкурс по приобретению предприятий едиными имущественными комплексами состоится с 12 октября по 15 декабря текущего года. Самыми дорогими лотами являются «Кишиневский стекольный завод» (231,6 млн леев), «Кишиневский полиграфкомбинат» (124,2 млн леев), а также пакет акций государства в АО «Barza Albă» (329,4 млн леев). За «Tutun CTC» государство рассчитывает получить 165,7 млн леев, за «Gara Nord» – 18,3 млн леев.
Ministerul Finanţelor a publicat Informaţia privind datoria de stat internă în anul 2018, conform căreia de la începutul anului curent aceasta s-a majorat cu 568,0 mil. lei şi a atins la situaţia din 30 septembrie 2018 volumul de circa 23,15 mld. lei. Creşterea s-a produs din contul majorării emisiunii VMS pe piaţa primară. Astfel, la sfârșitul lunii septembrie 2018, datoria pe valori mobiliare de stat emise pe piața primară s-a majorat până la peste 7,79 mld. lei, cu 560 mil. lei mai mult decât la sfârșitul lunii decembrie 2017. Ponderea lor reprezintă 33,7% din totalul datoriei interne.
