S.A.”Combinatul de Panificație din Chișinău ”Franzeluța” (S.A.”Franzeluța”) poate fi exclus din lista agenților economici scutiți de la plata dividendelor din profitul net obținut în anul 2013. Proiectul hotărârii de Guvern cu privire la modificarea Hotărârii Guvernului nr.482 este propus pentru consultări publice de către Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii şi Agenția Proprietății Publice.

Potrivit art. 5 pct. 361) din Codul fiscal
В Молдове упразднят бумажные полисы медстрахования для облегчения доступа граждан к медуслугам, и вся информация будет содержаться в электронном формате. Это предусматривают поправки в Закон об обязательном медицинском страховании, которые парламент принял в первом чтении. Изменения предусматривают исключение из национального законодательства обязательства владения бумажным полисом медстрахования.
В продолжение первого раунда переговоров по разработке и подписанию Соглашения о свободной торговле между Молдовой и Китаем, который был проведен в Кишиневе 5-6 марта текущего года, второй раунд проходит 22-27 июля в Пекине. Делегацию РМ возглавляет госсекретарь Министерства экономики и инфраструктуры Юлиана Дрэгэлин. Ранее обсуждались правовые аспекты будущего Cоглашения, а также область его применения, в том числе в сфере торговли, устранение технических барьеров, таможенное администрирование, конкуренция, медицинские услуги, санитарные и фитосанитарные меры.

La sfârșitul săptămânii trecute, inspectorii Agenției Naționale Transport Auto (ANTA), Inspectoratului Național de Patrulare (INP) și Serviciului Fiscal de Stat (SFS) au efectuat acțiuni ample de control a operatorilor care prestează servicii de transport pasageri contra plată pe curse regulate. Drept urmare a verificărilor, doar în municipiul Chișinău au fost întocmite de inspectorii ANTA 11 procese-verbale cu privire la contravenție, iar inspectorii SFS — 13 procese-verbale.

Agentul economic vrea sa transfere unei agentii de turism bani pentru o foaie de odihnă, destinată unei persoane fizice care nu este angajată la agentul economic respectiv. Apar urmatoarele întrebari: 1.Trebuie sa reținem 7% la sursa de plată din costul foii la sanatoriu? 2.Daca da, atunci în ce dări de seamă trebuie reflectată suma achitată şi impozitul reținut (IPC18, IALS...)? 3.Persoana fizică care va beneficia de foia la sanatoriu, va trebui să prezinte până la 25 martie 2019 declarația persoanei fizice CET?
