1. (29.1.3.1.31) Se permite deducerea cheltuielilor suportate la producerea mărfii (producției) comercializate după evaluarea stocurilor conform SNC?
În conformitate cu art.24 alin.(1) din codul fiscal, se permite deducerea cheltuielilor ordinare şi necesare, achitate sau suportate de contribuabil pe parcursul perioadei fiscale, exclusiv în cadrul activității de întreprinzător se permite deducerea cheltuielilor ordinare.

Инструменты для исправления ошибок, допущенных в процессе передачи в собственность земельных участков, появятся в Законе о Кадастре недвижимого имущества Молдовы. Соответствующие поправки парламент одобрил в первом чтении. В закон предложено ввести новую статью об особенностях исправления ошибок.
