Cadrul legal privind transparența bugetară nu este un impediment crucial în alinierea la bunele practici. Chiar dacă conține câteva constrângeri, cadrul general cu privire la transparență poate fi îmbunătățit prin abordări mai pro-active cu din partea administratorilor de bugete și Autorităților Publice Centrale. Acest lucru este posibil deoarece cadrul general lasă suficient spațiu Ministerului Finanțelor, astfel încât acesta să poată include măsuri de sporire a transparenței bugetare în planurile de activitate (inclusiv, pentru a putea aloca resurse).
В «Monitorul Oficial» опубликован Приказ минфина об утверждении формуляров отчетов об исполнении фондов обязательного медицинского страхования (№ 02 от 5 января 2018 г.). В документе представлена структура и формат отчетов об исполнении фондов ОМС, а также состав отчетов, которые необходимо представлять Правительству, минфину и Министерству здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты.

Consecinţe ale Brexit-ului
Opt ţări membre UE din Europa de Est au convenit să susţină o creştere a plăţilor efectuate de statele membre către următorul buget pe termen lung al blocului, pentru a ajuta la umplerea golului lăsat de contribuabilul net, Marea Britanie, după Brexit.
În anul 2017 volumul mărfurilor transportate de întreprinderile de transport, feroviar, auto, fluvial şi aerian a crescut cu 23,8% comparativ cu anul 2016, constituind 17,3 mil. tone. Pentru prima dată în ultimii 4 ani volumul mărfurilor transportate pe cale feroviară a înregistrat creșteri.
