Эксперт Независимого аналитического центра Адриан Лупушор подготовил аналитическую записку «Как можно разумно реформировать НКФС?». В ней говорится, что раскрытие банковских краж и банковский кризис 2014-2016 гг. преподнесли множество уроков, главный из которых сводится к необходимости реформирования НКФС.
Положения сразу трех законов, касающихся оплаты труда государственных служащих, могут быть изменены, в случае одобрения Парламентом предлагаемых поправок. Это Закон nr. 355 О системе оплаты труда в бюджетной сфере от 23.12.2005, ЗАКОН nr. 48 о системе оплаты труда государственных служащих от 22.03.2012 и ЗАКОН nr. 328 об оплате труда судей и прокуроров от 23.12.2013.
