Банк находится в процессе ликвидации в связи с отзывом лицензии Национальным банком Молдовы с 16.10.2015 года. Учитывая то, что до конца текущего года предусматриваются некоторые расходы, например, выплата заработной платы, расходы по найму помещения, погашение обязательств по налогам и др., а также доходы (от реализации активов банка и др.), возникают вопросы, касающиеся представления налоговых отчетов: за какой период 2015 года необходимо представить декларацию о подоходном налоге (Форма VEN12);налоговые отчеты за октябрь месяц (Форма IRV14, Форма TVA12), а также за IV квартал (Форма TL13, Форма Med08) необходимо представить за весь налоговый период или следует составить два налоговых отчёта: первый – за период с 01.10.2015 до 16.10.2015 и второй – с 17.10.2015 до конца налогового периода?
