Consiliul de Administraţie al Agenţiei Naţionale pentru Reglementare în Energetică (ANRE) a aprobat, în şedinţa sa publică din 9 octombrie curent, proiectul de modificare şi completare a Regulamentului cu privire la calitatea serviciului de transport şi de distribuţie a energiei electrice, proiect prin care a stabilit valori noi a unor indicatori de calitate a serviciilor respective.

Возникает ли в этом случае обязательство по удержанию подоходного налога? При этом резидент осуществляет нерезидентам оплату, касающуюся страхования товара. Необходимо ли в этих случаях произвести удержания подоходного налога с выплат в пользу нерезидентов? При определении облагаемого дохода нерезидентов учитывается только доход, полученный в Республике Молдова, согласно положениям п. а) ч. (2) ст.70 НК.
