Учитывая внесенные Законом № 71 от 12.04.2015 изменения относительно утраты силы lit.g) (выходные пособия) ст. 20 НК, действующей до 01.05.2015, в случае, когда следовало было бы уплатить в налоговом периоде 2014 года единовременное пособие, предусмотренное Законом о деятельности полиции и статусе полицейского, данное пособие не подлежало бы обложению? Отмечаем, что согласно lit. g) ст. 20 НК, действующего до 01.05.2015, выходные пособия, установленные законодательством, квалифицировались как источники дохода, не облагаемые подоходным налогом.

UNICEF va oferi 200.000 de dolari Ministerului Educaţiei pentru promovarea educaţiei incluzive. Ca urmare, numărul copiilor cu cerinţe educaţionale speciale integraţi în şcolile de cultură generală urmează să sporească cu cel puţin 30%.
Prim-ministrul Valeriu Streleț a solicitat o nouă misiune FMI în Republica Moldova la începutul lunii noiembrie pentru negocierea și semnarea Memorandumului de cooperare. Solicitarea a fost lansată în cadrul întrevederii dintre premierul Valeriu Streleț și delegația misiunii FMI.
