1. (4.11.5) Есть ли необходимость иметь по одному регистру учета отгружаемых (вывозимых) товаров в каждом место акцизного помещения?
Согласно пункту 21 Положения о порядке получения акцизного сертификата, заполнения декларации об акцизах и порядку учёта подакцизных товаров, отгружаемых (вывозимых) из акцизного помещения, утверждён Постановлением Правительства №843 от 18.12.2009, каждое место акцизного помещения должно иметь один регистр.

3. (4.11.1) Cum se ţine evidența mărfurilor supuse accizelor la expedierea (transportarea) lor din încăperea de acciz ?
Potrivit art.127 alin.(1) din Codul fiscal, subiectul impunerii este obligat să ţină registrul de evidenţă a mărfurilor supuse accizelor ce se expediază (se transportă) pentru fiecare încăpere de acciz.

2. (4.11.4) Unde se păstrează registrul de evidenţă a mărfurilor supuse accizelor ce se expediază (se transportă) din încăperea de acciz?

Potrivit pct.21 din Regulamentul privind modul de solicitare a certificatului de acciz, de completare a declaraţiei privind accizele şi modul de evidenţă a mărfurilor supuse asccizelor expediate (transportate) din încăperea de acciz, aprobat prin HG nr.843 din 18.12.2009, fiecare loc al încăperii de acciz trebuie să aibă un Registru.
