Art.1. Lege bugetară anuală — lege anuală prin care Parlamentul aprobă bugetul de stat, care cuprinde sursele de venituri şi destinaţia cheltuielilor pentru un an bugetar
LEGE Nr. 847 din 24.05.1996 privind sistemul bugetar şi procesul bugetar
Cotele procentuale sau sumele din buget pentru anumite domenii, sectoare sau programe, precum ar fi apărarea națională, știința și inovarea, teatrele și alte instituții de creație, vor fi stabilite exclusiv prin Legea finanțelor publice și responsabilității bugetar-fiscale și nu prin alte acte normative, cum se practică în prezent. Prevederea este menționată în proiectul ce are drept scop aducerea în concordanță a 82 de acte normative cu Legea finanțelor publice.
