Care sunt consecinţele juridice în cazul în care contravenientul nu achită amenda contravenţională aplicată de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat? Contravenientul este în drept să achite jumătate din amenda stabilită dacă o va plăti în cel mult 72 de ore din momentul stabilirii ei. În acest caz, se va considera că sancţiunea amenzii este executată integral.
