Бизнес получит больше доступа к внешним ресурсам

Секретариат экономического совета (ЭС) при премьер-министре запустил при поддержке Государственной канцелярии и партнеров по развитию сайт www.finantare.gov.md Как передает агентство "Инфотаг", цитируя бюллетень ЭС, на сайте размещена подробная информация о финансовых ресурсах из внешних источников для частного сектора молдавской экономики. На портале можно найти сведения о процентных ставках, кредиторах, банках, льготном периоде, сроках финансирования, доступных суммах. В бюллетене напоминается, что с 1 июля 2014 г. в РМ можно открыть свое собственное дело, лишь однажды посетив Государственную регистрационную палату. "Решение освобождает предпринимателей от необходимости регистрироваться во многих учреждениях. Это станет возможным благодаря электронному обмену данными между Национальной кассой социального страхования, Национальной медицинской страховой компанией, Государственной налоговой службой и Национальным бюро статистики", - говорится в бюллетене. В нем отмечается также , что с 21 июля начал функционировать Государственный реестр проверок, что позволяет оптимизировать планирование и автоматизированный учет проверок, а также изменение методов их реализации.
Реестр проверок предотвратит коррупцию путем установления четких и предсказуемых условий для их проведения. Таким образом, все запланированные проверки будут опубликованы в Государственном реестре проверок - www.controale.gov.md, а осуществление других проверок, которые не включены в реестр, будет считаться незаконным, - говорится в бюллетене.
ЭС напоминает, что до 1 сентября более 150 госучреждений будут подключены к автоматизированной электронной системе e-Factura. Благодаря этой услуге государственные учреждения смогут выдавать и отправлять счета или фискальные фактуры,без необходимости заказывать и покупать их в налоговой службе.
Введение электронных фактур для государственных учреждений будет способствовать оптимизации управления финансами, уменьшит возможности для уклонения от уплаты налогов налогоплательщиками, - отмечается в бюллетене.
