BNM a elaborat un ghid antifraudă pentru bănci
”Toleranţa zero pentru fraudă reprezintă o responsabilitate de primă importanţă a băncilor, deoarece acest flagel social-economic vizează nu numai buna lor funcţionare, ci implicit şi interesele deponenţilor, care le-au încredinţat spre fructificare economiile”, se spune în comunicat.Ghidul metodologic propune o analiză a fenomenului de fraudă la nivel bancar, cu prezentarea şi examinarea celor mai frecvente forme întâlnite ale acestuia. Studiile de caz expuse reliefează factorii, indicatorii, riscurile de fraudă şi domeniile preponderent afectate. Soluţiile ataşate constituie pentru bănci un suport informativ concret, dar şi generalizator în prevenirea şi detectarea fraudei.
”Implementarea recomandărilor menţionate va permite băncilor să efectueze o evaluare adecvată a riscurilor la acest capitol, să implementeze politici și programe eficiente, care să inducă descurajarea personalului și terților de a se implica în extinderea fraudei”,se mai menționează în comunicat. Ghidul metodologic de implementare a politicii și programelor antifraudă în băncile comerciale din Republica Moldova.
