Bugetul 2018: tariful chiriei bunurilor proprietate publică crește

Tariful de bază pentru chiria anuală a unui m2 de spațiu în municipiul Chișinău în anul 2018 se estimează a fi 336,5 lei, potrivit proiectului legii bugetului de stat 2018. Comparativ cu anul 2017, acesta a crescut cu 13,9 lei, anul acesta tariful pentru Chișinău fiind de 322,6 lei. Pentru municipiul Bălți tariful de bază la chiria anuală se preconizează a fi în sumă de 238,6 lei, în creștere cu 9,8 lei, în anul 2017 fiind de 228,8 lei. În celelalate municipii și orașe-reședință, prețul chiriei va fi de 173,5 lei pentru m2. Acesta va crește cu 7,2 lei. Tariful de bază pentru chiria anuală a unui m2 de spațiu în orașele și localitățile suburbane din componența municipiilor va crește cu 5,4 lei, de la 124,8 lei la 130,2 lei. În localitățile sătești prețul chiriei unui m2 se va majora cu 1,8 lei, de la 41,7 lei la 43,5 lei. În bugetul de stat 2018 sunt incluse şi cheltuieli în sumă de 482,3 mil. lei pentru gospodăria de locuințe și gospodăria serviciilor comunale, acestea fiind majorate cu 94,9 mil. lei față de bugetul preconizat pentru anul 2017. Autoritățile vor acorda o atenţie sporită gestionării eficiente a mijloacelor financiare provenite din chiria bunurilor publice pentru a evita situaţii similare celor create în capitală, unde restanțele din utlimii 7 ani doar pentru arenda pasajelor subterane au depășit suma de 22 mil. lei. Menționăm că prevederile bugetului de stat ce țin de determinarea cuantumului minim al chiriei bunurilor proprietate publică nu se aplică la raporturile juridice reglementate de Legea privind accesul pe proprietăți și utilizarea partajată a infrastructurii asociate rețelelor publice de comunicații electronice. Reamintim că de plata chiriei, cu excepția serviciilor comunale, sunt scutite autoritățile și instituțiile bugetare de la bugetul de stat și uniunile de creație, pentru încăperile închiriate de ale autorități bugetare, precum și de la întreprinderile de stat al căror fondator este autoritatea ierarhic superioară, iar întreprinderile de stat al căror fondator este Departamentul Instituțiilor Penitenciare – pentru încăperile închiriate de la instituțiile din cadrul sistemului penitenciar.
