CNPF: Metodologia unică de calculare a primelor va fi aplicată de la 1 iulie 2021

Hotărârea Comisiei Naționale a Pieței Financiare nr. 61/1 din 15 decembrie 2020 privind modificarea Hotărârii nr.25/2/2019 cu privire la modul de prezentare, avizare şi aplicare a calculelor actuariale ale primelor de asigurare obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto  prevede că asigurătorii vor aplica prima de referință pentru asigurarea de răspundere civilă auto internă calculată de autoritatea de supraveghere până la 30 iunie 2021. Respectiv, prima de asigurare de bază și coeficienții de rectificare aferenți AORCA calculați de către asigurători potrivit Metodologiei unice de calcul al primei de asigurare de bază şi al coeficienţilor de rectificare aferenţi asigurării obligatorii de răspundere civilă auto internă şi externă  se vor pune în aplicare anual de la 1 iulie 2021.

 

Totodată, asigurătorii vor aplica prima de referință aferentă asigurărilor de răspundere civilă auto externă (Carte Verde) calculată de autoritatea de supraveghere până la 30 iunie 2022.

 

Documentul a fost publicat în MO din 25 decembrie curent.

 

Reamintim că, în conformitate cu prevederile Hotărârii regulatorului nr.25/2/2019, asiguratorii urmau să aplice prima de referință pentru asigurarea de răspundere civilă auto internă calculată de autoritatea de supraveghere în perioada 1 iulie 2019 – 31 decembrie 2020.
