Decizia CNPF privind eliberarea certificatului de asigurare Carte Verde
Necesitatea proiectului rezultă din experienţa Comisiei Naţionale a Pieţei Financiare în procesul de supraveghere a pieţei de asigurare obligatorie civilă auto externă. Completarea privind eliberarea acestor certificate, evidenţa, păstrarea şi utilizarea formularelor tipizate de documente primare, cu regim special, se stabileşte de Guvern. Proiectul promovează o mare transparenţă în procesul de eliberare de către BNAA a certificatelor de carte verde şi presupune că, odată ce asiguratorul a obţinut dreptul de a activa pe piaţa de asigurare obligatorie de răspundere civilă auto externă, acesta urmează să aibă acces liber la certificatele de asigurarea carte verde, întrucât acest drept este condiţionat de disponibilitatea certificatelor respective, a declarat preşedintele CNPF.La rândul său, premierul Iurie Leancă a cerut să fie revizuite tarifele pentru certificatul Cartea Verde. „Am această convingere că în Moldova este totul mai scump decât în plan regional, cetăţenii Republicii Moldova trebuie să suporte costuri suplimentare şi nejustificate”, a declarat şeful Cabinetului de Miniştri.
