Deputaţii au operat modificări la politica bugetar-fiscală

Parlamentul a adoptat astăzi în lectura doua un proiect de lege care include o serie de ajustări la politica bugetar-fiscală pentru anul 2014. Documentul a fost susţinut cu votul a 86 de deputaţi. Proiectul prevede că accizul la importul maşinilor cu capacitatea cilindrică de peste 2500 cm3 şi peste 3000 cm3 va constitui 3,5 euro pentru un cm3, şi nu 2 euro cum a fost propus iniţial. În proiect mai este prevăzută anularea normei privind dreptul persoanelor fizice de a direcţiona o sumă de pînă la 2% din impozitul pe venit pentru susţinerea organizaţiilor necomerciale. Un alt set de amendamente incluse în proiect se referă la scutirea de plata taxei pentru efectuarea procedurilor vamale şi a taxei pentru poluarea mediului în cazul operaţiunilor de import-export efectuate de către agenţii economici aflaţi pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova care nu au relaţii fiscale cu sistemul ei bugetar. Documentul mai prevede reducerea amenzii pentru călătoria fără bilet în transportul auto de pasageri de la 10 mii la trei mii de lei. Totodată, amenzile pentru încasarea banilor în numerar în lipsa maşinii de casă şi control vor fi micşorate de la 10 mii la şapte mii de lei. Adoptarea documentului în lectura a doua a fost amînată de mai multe ori în Parlament.
