Despre Informația privind împrumuturile contractate de la persoane fizice

Data de 25 februarie este termenul limită de prezentare a Informației privind împrumuturile contractate de la persoane fizice în perioada anului fiscal și cele rambursate persoanelor fizice. Conform completărilor operate în Codul fiscal prin Legea nr. 288 din 15 decembrie 2017 pentru modificarea și completarea unor acte legislative, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2018, persoanele care desfășoară activitate de întreprinzător, cu excepția deținătorilor de patente de întreprinzător și a persoanelor fizice care practică activitate independentă, sunt obligate să prezinte Serviciului Fiscal de Stat informația respectivă. Modul, structura și termenele de prezentare a informației este stabilit prin Ordinul nr..427 „Cu privire la stabilirea modului, structurii şi termenelor de prezentare a informaţiei de către subiecţii nominalizaţi în art.92 și 22611 din Codul fiscal” emis de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat la 21 august 2018. Amintim cititorilor noștri unele aspect ce țin de completarea și prezentarea acestei informații. Ordinul nr. 34 din 23.01.2020 privind actualizarea Bazei generalizate a practicii fiscale SFS solicită informația privind împrumuturile doar pentru rezidenții cetățeni ai RM Documentarea rambursării datoriei în numerar Despre declararea împrumutului ce depășește 200 mii lei între persoanele juridice
