Согласно данным исследования английского сайта недвижимости для инвесторов Global Property Guide, столица Молдовы заняла 87-е место в списке 94 крупнейших городов мира с самой дорогой недвижимостью от 120 кв. м в центре города. Согласно рейтингу, стоимость недвижимости премиум-класса в Кишиневе составляет $1303 за 1 кв. м. Дешевле, чем в молдавской столице, элитную недвижимость в центре города можно купить только в Дар-эс-Саламе (Танзания) - $700 за 1 кв. м; Каире (Египет) - $831; Найроби (Кения) - $900; Кито (Эквадор) - $1278; Сан-Сальвадоре (Сальвадор) - $1278; Аммане (Иордания) - $1282; Прае (Кабо Верде) - $1300. В соседних с Молдовой странах элитная недвижимость стоит на порядок дороже. К примеру, в Киеве (Украина) ее средняя цена достигает $3790 за 1 кв. м. С этим показателем украинская столица заняла 40-е место в рейтинге. В Бухаресте (Румыния) 1 кв. м жилья премиум-класса стоит в среднем $3201. Примечательно, что по стоимости недвижимости премиум-класса столицы Украины и Румынии обошли не только города Прибалтики - Ригу (Латвия) - $2911, Таллин (Эстония) - $2788 и Вильнюс (Литва) - $2667, но и Лимассол (Кипр) - $3173, Братиславу (Словакия) - $2899, Лиссабон (Португалия) - $2389, Загреб (Хорватия) - $2736, Будапешт (Венгрия) - $2472, Софию (Болгария) - $1442, Скопье (Македония) - $1403. Согласно исследованию, самая дорогая недвижимость - в Монако - $53026 за 1 кв. м. Далее следует Лондон (Великобритания) - $32,745, Гонконг (Китай) - $20660, Сингапур - $17709, Москва (Россия) - $16509. В международный рейтинг Global Property Guide включаются подробные результаты исследований ценовой политики в сфере жилой недвижимости крупных городов мира. В частности, рассматриваются квартиры класса премиум и элит. Список по 94 странам мира составляют каждые полгода с учетом средней цены за квадратный метр и стоимости сделок по продаже квартир от 120 кв. м в центре города.
