ГНС изменила некоторые положения

Сегодня, 12 мая, в „Monitorul Oficial” опубликован Приказ Государственной Налоговой Службы №63 от 27 апреля 2017 г. о внесении изменений в некоторые нормативные акты. Таким образом, внесены поправки в Приказ №693 от 26 декабря 2007 г. об особенностях администрирования положений статьи 901 части (34) Налогового кодекса в связи с необходимостью приведения положений Методологических рекомендаций об особенностях администрирования положений статьи 901 часть (34) Налогового кодекса с нормами самого НК. В п.4 указанных методологических рекомендаций изменена ставка налога для субъектов налогообложения – физических лиц, не занимающихся предпринимательской деятельностью и сдающих во владение, пользование (в имущественный наем, аренду, узуфрукт) недвижимость, с ранее указанных 5% на 7% от стоимости договора. В Приказ ГНС о порядке выдачи типовых форм первичных документов строгой отчетности №13 от 4 апреля 2017 г. также внесены изменения. Текст п.1 приложения к Положению о порядке выдачи типовых форм первичных документов строгой отчетности после исключения слов «и/или обладателям предпринимательских патентов», а также замены по всему тексту Положения синтагмы «профессиональная деятельность в сфере правосудия» на синтагму «независимая деятельность», излагается в следующей редакции: «Типовые формы первичных документов строгой отчетности (далее - формы) выдаются субъектам и физическим лицам, осуществляющим независимую деятельность, которые обязаны использовать их в своей деятельности в соответствии с действующими законодательными и нормативными актами». П.3 указанного положения излагается в следующей редакции: «Физические лица, осуществляющие независимую деятельность, из категорий первичных документов могут потребовать только акт закупки товаров и квитанций». Приказ вступил в действие с 12 мая 2017 г.
