Impozitul agricol consolidat va fi testat în trei raioane

Ministerul Agriculturii şi Industriei Alimentare propune ca impozitul unic în agricultură să se aplice, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2014, în trei raioane pilot, din nord, centru şi sud. Ministrul Vasile Bumacov crede că este riscant ca această nouă etapă de impozitare să se aplice imediat la nivel de ţară. Oficialul a spus că este nevoie de timp pentru a evalua cum funcţionează acest mecanism. În cadrul şedinţei Comisiei agricultură şi industrie alimentară a Parlamentului,Vasile Bumacov a spus că acest proiect vine să simplifice procesul de plată a impozitelor de către agricultori.
„Ideea este să avem cât mai puţine structuri de plată a impozitelor, ca agricultorii mai mult să muncească în câmp decât să umble pe la diferite structuri de stat. Pe lângă aceasta, mai e dorinţă producătorilor agricoli să existe transparenţă şi mai puţină corupţie”, a spus ministrul.
Impozitul agricol consolidat urmează să substituie şase impozite şi taxe impozitul funciar, impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare, impozitul pe venit, taxa rutieră, taxa pentru apă şi taxa locală. Alte trei impozite vor fi achitate în continuare separat de către agricultori. Este vorba de taxa pe valoarea adăugată (TVA), contribuţiile de asigurări sociale şi primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală. Proiectul urmează să fie discutat şi cu Ministerul Finanţelor, după care comisia de profil îşi va prezenta avizul.
