În 2018, poate fi modificat graficul de lucru

Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale şi Familiei propune pentru dezbateri publice proiectul hotărîrii Guvernului „Cu privire la transferul unor zile de odihnă în anul 2018”, scopul fiind, în opinia ministerului, utilizarea optimă de către salariaţi a zilelor de repaus şi de sărbătoare nelucrătoare. Proiectul propune ca zilele de 9 martie, 30 aprilie, 24 decembrie și 31 decembrie 2018 să fie considerate zile de odihnă, iar zilele de sâmbătă din 3 martie, 21 aprilie, 15 decembrie și 22 decembrie 2018 - zile de lucru, ceea ce va permite menţinerea balanţei timpului de lucru pentru lunile respective. Autorii proiectului constată că modificarea graficului de muncă propus este conform prevederilor art.111 alin.(5) din Codul muncii, potrivit căruia, Guvernul este în drept să transfere zilele de repaus sau de lucru în alte zile pentru optimizarea zilelor de repaus şi de sărbătoare nelucrătoare. Reiteram, ca anterior Ministerul Muncii, Protecției Sociale şi Familiei a inaintat şi proiectul ce prevedea instituirea, în fiecare an, a unei mini-vacanțe de Anul Nou în perioada 31 decembrie – 2 ianuarie, dar şi excluderea din lista zilelor de sărbătoare nelucrătoare a zilelor de 8 martie și 1 mai. Proiectul de lege dat, însă, a fost retras.
