Indemnizaţiile de concediere nu vor fi supuse impozitării

Salariaţii concediaţi nu vor mai plăti impozite din indemnizaţiile de concediere pe care le primesc în următoarele trei luni după disponibilizare. Un proiect de lege în acest sens a fost votat vineri în plenul Parlamentului. Autorii proiectului spun că au elaborat acest proiect de lege pentru a asigura echitate socială întrucât la calcularea pensiei persoanelor concediate sumele respective nu sunt incluse deşi impozitele pe venit, contribuţiile de asigurări sociale şi primele de asigurări sociale le erau oprite din indemnizaţiile de concediere. De cealaltă, autoriii spun că modificările operate la Codul Muncii vor duce la diminuarea acumulărilor la bugetul de stat. Astfel, pentru a nu diminua veniturile prognozate pentru anul curent, modificările vor intra în vigoare începând cu 2014. Calculele autorităţilor spun că în 2013 bugetul de stat ar fi fost prejudiciat cu circa 18 mil. de lei, dacă aceste modificări ar intra în vigoare. Anual sunt disponibilizați circa 5,4 mii salariați care beneficiază de indemnizații de concediere.
