La Chişinău a fost lansat TOP10 companii pentru care să lucrezi

Compania AXA Management Consulting, unul din liderii pieţei de consultanţă de la Chişinău, a lansat astăzi Top 10 cele mai bune companii pentru care sa lucrezi, informează Moldpres. Ediţia din 2014 a Studiului anual „Cele mai bune companii pentru care să lucrezi” este una deosebită. „Deşi, ca de obicei, ne-am propus să identificăm cei mai buni angajatori din Republica Moldova, oferind date obiective despre aprecierile colaboratorilor companiilor participante, anul acesta a fost prima ediţie a studiului după ce, în 2013, am început să prezentăm topul celor mai buni angajatori în ordinea în care s-au clasat companiile”, se spune într-un comunicat de presă al companiei sus-numite. La fel ca şi în ultimii ani, în companiile participante a fost identificat gradul de satisfacţie al personalului managerial de mijloc cu referire la cinci aspecte de bază ale funcţionării oricărei organizaţii. Angajaţii au apreciat cele mai bune companii pentru care să lucrezi după condiţiile de muncă, oportunităţile de dezvoltare, remunerare şi beneficii, colaborare în companie şi comunicare şi viziune de viitor. Prin aplicarea unui chestionar anonim au fost colectate date cu referire la opiniile angajaţilor din companiile participante, fapt care a permis elaborarea unui clasament. 10 companii din vîrful listei au format „Cele mai bune companii pentru care să lucrezi - 2014”. În topul celor mai buni angajatori au fost incluse următoarele companii: Mary Kay (Moldova) Limited SRL, Petrom-Moldova, Turcan Cazac BAA, RED Union Fenosa, Moldcell, ProCreditBank, COCA-COLA Îmbuteliere Chişinău, Orbico MA, Draexlmaier Automotive şi JT International Luxembourg,
