НБМ ощущает поддержку государства в решении проблемы прозрачности акционеров банков

Национальный банк Молдовы ощущает поддержку государства в совместном решении проблемы прозрачности акционеров банков. «У нас сейчас есть сигналы, свидетельствующие, что власти поддерживают наши действия в этом направлении. В принципе, мы всегда знали, что мы должны делать. Но мы руководствовались принципом, который гласит, что не нужно вбивать гвоздь в стекло, потому как следует знать, как и для чего это делать, есть ли для этого подходящий момент», - сказал «ИНФОТАГ» президент НБМ Дорин Дрэгуцану. По его словам, решение НБМ от 5 февраля должно восприниматься как «послание и напоминание другим банкам о том, что «процесс пошел»».
«С этого момента банки должны вести себя прозрачно. Времена дикого запада и лихих ковбоев уже позади»,
– сказал Дрэгуцану, уточнив, что НБМ проверит и акционеров других банков. Глава НБМ сообщил о том, что «регулятор рынка сделает все возможное для достижения прозрачности акционеров банков».
«Мы твердо потребуем поддержки государственных институтов для того, чтобы нам было легче собирать всю нужную информацию про компании»,
- отметил президент. Дрэгуцану говорит, что продажа акций акционерами, действовавшими в сговоре при покупке акций банка, «не означает, что НБМ оставит все как есть». Находящийся с визитом в РМ президент ЕБРР Сума Чакрабарти на встрече с премьер-министром Юрие Лянкэ в четверг сказал, что проблемы в банковском секторе Молдовы, а именно отсутствие прозрачности в структуре акционеров и слабое корпоративное управление, затрудняют инвестиции этого банка в экономику Молдовы. Он отметил, что борьба с коррупцией во всех сферах, включая судебную систему, очень важна для страны. Чакрабарти приветствовал важное решение НБМ, который признал концентрированными пакеты акций в Victoriabank-e, где ЕБРР имеет 15% акций.
«НБМ сделал очень важный и смелый шаг в правильном направлении. Шаг, который показывает, что строгое и жесткое регламентирование в банковской системе РМ возможно. Важно, чтобы власти поддерживали НБМ в его решении. Это обнадеживающий сигнал не только для инвесторов в банковском секторе, но и для всей молдавской экономики. Много еще предстоит сделать, чтобы право было во главе угла. Власти РМ могут рассчитывать на поддержку ЕБРР в этом процессе»,
- подчеркнул президент ЕБРР Сума Чакрабарти, который в пятницу завершает визит в РМ.
