Отменен НДС на импорт сельхозтехники

Отменен НДС на импорт сельскохозяйственной техники. Законопроект об этом был принят вчера парламентом Республики Молдова во втором чтении, сообщает МОЛДПРЕС. Авторы законопроекта предлагали не взимать НДС с сельхозпроизводителей, импортирующих трактора, сельскохозяйственную и оросительную технику. Но правительство выступило с инициативой не взимать НДС с перечисленных категорий как при импорте, так и на территории страны.
Так, сельскохозяйственная техника, как импортируемая, так и произведенная на территории страны, сможет продаваться без НДС, - заявил на заседании парламента председатель Комиссии по экономике, бюджету и финансам Вячеслав Ионицэ.
Инициатива по отмене НДС на импорт сельскохозяйственной техники была принята парламентом в декабре прошлого года. Потом она была упразднена на основании постановления Конституционного суда, так как изменения были приняты без согласования с правительством. Закон вступит в силу в день опубликования, несмотря на предложение о вхождении его в действие 24 апреля 2014 года, когда были признаны законными льготы на импорт сельскохозяйственной техники.
