Pavel Filip: Bugetul anului 2018 este elaborat reieşind din posibilitățile financiare ale ţării

Guvernul a aprobat în ședința de ieri avizul amendamentelor asupra proiectului legii bugetului de stat 2018. Potrivit secretarului de stat al Ministerului Finanțelor, Tatiana Ivanicichina, deputații au înaintat 76 de amendamente, dintre care doar 15 au fost susținute integral, iar 10 – parțial. Majoritatea amendamentelor reprezintă propuneri de alocații suplimentare. Au fost solicitate mijloace suplimentare în sumă totală de 467,7 mil. lei, care sunt considerabile pentru buget și pot fi susținute doar parțial. Reieșind din disponibilitatea surselor de acoperire, au fost susținute alocații suplimentare în sumă de 101, 3 mil. lei. Totodată, au fost acceptate propuneri de redistribuire a mijloacelor în sumă totală de 327,6 mil. lei, a anunțat Tatiana Ivanicichina . După prezentarea proiectului legii bugetului, unele ministere au solicitat alocarea mijloacelor suplimentare, care parțial au fost susținute. Modificările se propun la Ministerul Economiei și Infrastructurii, Ministerul Educației, Culturii și Cercetării, MAI, Ministerul Justiției, Procuratura Generală, Cancelaria de Stat și Agenția Națională pentru Siguranța Alimentelor, a mai adăugat secretarul de stat. Aceasta a mai menționat că, în urma analizei amendamentelor, s-au identificat surse suplimentare pentru susținerea amendamentelor, ce țin, în mod special, de bugetele autorităților administrative. Totodată, ea a mai anunțat că volumul total al veniturilor, cheltuielilor și deficitului bugetar nu se modifică. Reamintim că veniturile pentru anul viitor sunt prognozate în sumă de 36,6 mld. lei, înregistrând o creștere cu 8,4% față de anul curent, iar cheltuielile bugetului de stat 2018 se estimează la 41,3 mld. lei. Bugetul de stat 2018 ia în calcul posibilitățile noastre financiare. Cu toții ne dorim să alocăm și mai mult, pentru că avem domenii în care este mare nevoie, dar o vom face atunci când ne vom putea permite, a spus, la rândul său prim-ministrul Pavel Filip.
