Producătorii agricoli care au suportat pierderi de peste 50% vor fi susținuți

Producători agricoli afectați de calamitățile naturale vor fi recunoscuți agenții economici care au suportat pierderi ale producției agricole urmare a calamităților naturale produse în anul 2020 de peste 50%, determinate conform actelor de constatare aprobate de Comisiile pentru Situații Excepționale, pe o suprafață de minimum 30% din totalul terenurilor deținute în folosință și/sau posesie.
 
Cabinetul de miniștri a susținut în cadrul ședinței din 10 septembrie amendamentul respectiv la proiectul de lege nr. 375 din 4 septembrie 2020 privind modificarea unor acte normative.

 

Amintim că în redacția inițială a proiectului a fost propusă noțiunea de producătorii agricoli afectați de calamitățile naturale drept agenții economici incluși în raportul general, elaborat de către Agenția de Intervenții și Plăți în Agricultură, beneficiari de compensații pentru diminuarea consecințelor calamităților naturale asupra recoltei anului 2020, acordate în modul stabilit de Guvern.

 

Astfel, producători agricoli afectați vor beneficia de prevederile Programului de subvenționare a dobânzilor  și ale Programului de rambursare a TVA. 

 

Referitor la amendamentul ce prevede efectuarea rambursării TVA pentru producătorii agricoli afectați de secetă până la 30 septembrie 2021 inclusiv, Guvernul consideră că oportunitatea prelungirii termenului respectiv va fi examinată prin prisma analizei indicatorilor bugetari pentru anul 2021 în cadrul exercițiului de elaborare a proiectului de buget pentru anul 2021.
