Raportarea relațiilor de muncă cu persoanele care nu dețin număr de identificare

Angajatorii, în termen de 10 zile lucrătoare de la data angajării sau modificării/ încetării raporturilor de muncă, emiterii ordinului de acordare a concediului de îngrijire a copilului sau concediului paternal, vor prezenta, pe suport de hârtie, agențiilor teritoriale ale CNAM informația aferentă raporturilor de muncă pentru stabilirea drepturilor sociale şi medicale pentru persoanele care nu dețin număr de identificare personal. Acțiunea va fi efectuată prin derogare de la prevederile art. 6 alin. (3) lit. a) și art. 10 alin. (2) lit. d) și e) din Legea nr. 1585/1998 cu privire la asigurarea obligatorie de asistenţă medicală. În Monitorul Oficial din 22 februarie curent a fost publicată Legea nr.13 din 15.02.2019 pentru modificarea unor acte legislative, ce se referă la simplificarea raportării informației aferente raporturilor de muncă pentru stabilirea drepturilor sociale și medicale. Astfel, se introduc modificări în art. 5 din Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medical pe anul 2019. Până la moment, legea prevedea că angajatorii prezintă, în cazul persoanelor care nu dețin număr de identificare personal, informația privind începerea, suspendarea și încetarea raporturilor de muncă de către angajatori, în formatul tabelului nr. 2 al IPC18.
