Transnistria propune crearea unei zone de liber schimb cu Chișinăul

Administraţia Transnistriei pledează pentru continuarea discutării cu Uniunea Europeană a condiţiilor Acordului privind Zona de Liber Schimb (DCFTA). O declarație în acest sens a făcut vicepremierul autoproclamatei RMN, Maia Parnas, la întrevederea de miercuri la Tiraspol, cu directorul Departamentului pentru comerţ al UE, principalul negociator (UE) pentru zona de liber schimb, Luc Devigne, relatează agenţia "Infotag", cu referire la surse din guvernul Transnistriei. Potrivit comunicatului, principala temă discutată la întrevedere au fost consecinţele semnării de către Republica Moldova a Acordului privind DCFTA pentru economia Transnistriei. La întrevedere s-a menţionat că Acordul de asociere RM-UE, care va intra în vigoare pe 1 septembrie, nu va afecta interesele Transnistriei, deoarece Moldova şi UE au convenit să prelungească pînă la 1 ianuarie 2016 regimul preferenţial pentru agenţii economici din Transnistria. Ministrul Dezvoltării Economice, Vladimir Artemienko, a menţionat că unele întrebări ale Tiraspolului au primit răspuns, însă deocamdată nu este clar cum va fi realizat comerţul regiunii cu ţările UE după 1 ianuarie 2016.
Trebuie luate decizii ce vizează exportul pe viitor al produselor noastre în ţările unde astăzi sînt solicitate – Moldova, Italia, Franţa, Germania, a spus Artemienko.
Transnistria propune semnarea unui acord bilateral special cu Uniunea Europeană sau rezolvarea problemei prin crearea unei zone de comerţ liber între Moldova şi Transnistria. Însă pentru realizarea acestor propuneri există obstacole, deoarece, pe de o parte, acest fapt contravine obligaţiunilor Moldovei privind ZLS cu UE, iar pe de alta, Transnistria tinde să beneficieze de preferinţe în participarea la ZLS a UE doar cu condiţia că acest fapt nu va periclita integrarea regiunii în Uniunea Vamală.
Trebuie identificată o soluţie pentru ca întreprinderile din Transnistria să poată exporta în UE şi după 2016. Dacă agenţii noştri economici nu vor putea beneficia de preferinţe în comerţul cu UE, atunci în privinţa mărfurilor noastre se vor aplica taxe de 17%, respectiv, producţia noastră nu va fi competitivă pe pieţele UE, a subliniat Maia Parnas, menţionînd că negocierile vor fi continuate.
Din partea UE, la şedinţă au participat coordonatorul pentru comerţ bilateral al UE, Joanna Mix, consilierul UE pentru politică, Mindaugas Kacerauskis, şi consilierul UE pentru economie, Vasile Plămădeală.
