Decizia BNM - un simptom de redresare a economiei

Scăderea de către Banca Națională a Moldovei a ratei la politica monetară cu 3 puncte procentuale este o acțiune îndrăzneață și are efecte pozitive atât pentru creditori cât și pentru stat. Doctorul în economie, Sveatoslav Mihalache consideră că costurile de deservire a datoriei de stat vor fi mai mici odată cu decizia BNM de ieri, totodată condițiile meteorologice sunt prielnice pentru o roadă bogată în acest an, de aceea ne putem aștepta și la scăderea prețurilor și o creștere a PIB-ului. În primul rând vreau să spun că este o acțiune îndrăzneață din partea BNM, pentru că eu mă așteptam la diminuarea ratei cu două puncte procentuale. Dar dacă vorbim despre efecte atunci putem spune că Ministerul de Finanțe va atrage finanțări cu o rată mai mică. Pe plan intern această scădere a politicii monetare se va simți în câteva luni însă să nu uităm că vorbim și despre costurile de deservire a datoriei de stat, care vor fi mai mici. În opinia mea este o decizie corectă a BNM. Dacă e să vorbim despre continuitatea ciclului de relaxare a politicii monetare sunt șanse mari ca în următoarele luni BNM să mai intervină cu asemenea decizii dar este necesar să urmărim foarte minuțios și situația de pe piețele internaționale și în special cea a petrolului, a declarat Mihalache. Expertul în economie, Roman Chircă susține că scăderea politicii monetare este și o ajustare la evoluțiile inflației. Totodată depinde foarte mult cum se vor conforma băncile din Republica Moldova la această scădere a ratei. Este o decizie bună pentru ce ține de accesul la credite, prin ieftinirea acestora este o ajustare la evoluțiile inflației. Este încurajatoare această acțiune a BNM pentru că atât persoanele fizice cât și agenții economici vor avea acces la credite mult mai ieftine. Din păcate rata de bază are capacități limitate pentru bănci pentru că au fost momente când această rată a scăzut la 3,5, însă băncile din Republica Moldova au menținut spread-ul la un nivel înalt din cauza ineficienței sistemului nostru bancar, per ansamblu. Putem spune că excesul de lichidități nu va avea impact asupra devalorizării monedei naționale și indică un simptom de redresare a economiei naționale, a menționat Roman Chircă.
