Facturile pentru curent și gaz, calculate în baza vechilor tarife

Consiliul de Administrație ale ANRE a prelungit termenul de suspendare a deciziilor din 17 și 18 iulie privind aprobarea tarifului la serviciul de transport al curentului electric, la energia electrică și gaze naturale. Hotărârea a intrat în vigoare astăzi, la data publicării în Monitorul Oficial. Potrivit hotărârii Consiliului de Administraţie al ANRE, termenul de suspendare a tarifelor ce vizează energia electrică a fost prelungit cu 7 zile, până la 8 noiembrie 2015, iar a tarifelor la gazele naturale – cu 14 zile, până la 15 noiembrie 2015. Aceasta înseamnă că până la datele indicate facturile pentru consumul de energie electrică și, respectiv, pentru gazele naturale vor fi calculate în baza tarifelor vechi, valabile până la 31 iulie 2015. Consiliul a invocat drept motiv al adoptării hotărârii sale solicitările titularilor de licențe din sectorul energetic de a prelungi termenul de prezentare la ANRE a rapoartelor de audit extern asupra calculelor tarifelor solicitate pentru aprobare și necesitatea audierii acestor rapoarte în cadrul unor dezbateri publice. În conformitate cu hotărârile Consiliului de Administraţie al ANRE din 3 septembrie 2015 privind suspendarea pe un termen de 60 de zile a hotărârilor sale din 17 – 18 iulie 2015, operatorii din sectorul electroenergetic și cel al gazelor naturale urmau să prezinte la ANRE, în termen de 45 de zile, rapoartele de audit extern, însă o parte dintre aceştia nu s-au încadrat în termenul stabilit. Anterior, ANRE a anunțat pentru săptămâna viitoare desfășurarea dezbaterilor publice pe marginea rapoartelor de audit extern asupra calculelor noilor tarife la energia electrică și gazele naturale solicitate de operatori pentru aprobare. ANRE a recomandat operatorilor din sectorul energetic să efectueze auditul extern pentru a elimina toate suspiciunile asupra corectitudinii calculelor făcute la stabilirea noilor tarife.
