​Генпрокурор: Сделка по Banca de Economii не опротестована государством

Сделка по продаже акций Banca de economii до сих пор не опротестована представителями государства, - сказал в интервью порталу enews.md, опубликованном в пятницу, генеральный прокурор Корнелиу Гурин. Как передает агентство «Инфотаг», он отметил, что «хищение должно быть заявлено собственником, то есть государством и акционерами». Должна быть предоставлена информация о том, что именно похищено. Заявлений, составленных должным образом, у нас нет, сделка о продаже акций не опротестована. А парламент, высший представительный орган Молдовы, подтвердил сделку по эмиссии, постановлением №227 от 3 октября 2013 г., - напомнил он. По словам Гурина, дела против бывшего руководства Banca de economii, обвиняемого в нарушении процедур выдачи кредитов в 2010-2012 гг., находятся в суде. Недавно в суд направлено еще несколько дел о хищении средств против руководителей местных подразделений банка, - сказал он. Коснувшись вопроса об отмывании денег из России через молдавские банки, генпрокурор пояснил, что первые случаи зафиксированы еще в 2010 г. Возможно, тогда тестировалась схема. Мы обратились к российским коллегам о предоставлении нам помощи, но нам не ответили на запрос, сославшись на недостаток представленной нами информации, - сказал чиновник. Гурин объяснил, что отмывание денег – это следствие другого преступления, например, неуплаты налогов. У нас же нет достаточных доказательств, что переведенные через молдавские банки деньги были получены незаконным путем. Судьями Высшей судебной палаты были проверены гражданские дела, касающиеся данных переводов. Выяснилось, что некоторые решения судьями вынесены законно, они не аннулированы до сих пор, но есть и сфальсифицированные вердикты. Сегодня мы ждем информации от коллег из стран Евросоюза по фактам перевода денег на оффшорные счета, - сказал генпрокурор. via | infotag.md
