Государство задолжало акционерам Banca de Economii

Государство должно вернуть 80 млн леев акционерам, которые приобрели доли в Banca de Economii в результате дополнительной эмиссии в августе 2013 года. А более 16 млн акций будут ликвидированы из госреестра ценных бумаг. Такое решение приняла Национальная комиссия по финансовому рынку. Национальная комиссия по финансовому рынку объяснила свое решение необходимостью выполнять решение Высшей судебной палаты от 27 ноября 2014 года. Тогда, напомним, судьи постановили отменить допэмиссию в 80 млн леев и вернуть структуру акционеров BEM к ситуации до 2 августа 2013 года, когда государство владело 56% акций. В тоже время, НКФР уточняет, что в декабре 2015 года также пришел запрос от ликвидатора банка, чтобы в список долгов перед Banca de Economii включили 80 млн 249 тыс. леев и деньги, инвестированные российскими акционерами. Напомним, что в результате допэмиссии в августе 2013-го доля государства сократилась до 33%. Почти 9% отошло компании Sisteme Informaționale Integrate, а 25% - российской фирме Veb Capital. Остальные акции были распределены между семью другими российскими компаниями.
