Ministerul Finanțelor avertizează: „Nu putem efectua transferuri”

Ministerul Finanţelor atenţionează că este în imposibilitate de a efectua transferurile de la bugetul de stat la bugetele locale. Responsabilii de la minister spun că multe din autorităţile publice locale n-au asigurat repartizarea (dezagregarea) în sistemul informaţional a bugetelor locale aprobate pe anul 2016. Reieşind din situaţia creată, şi pentru a nu periclita activitatea normală a instituţiilor bugetare, ministerul Finanţelor solicită autorităţilor publice locale să manifeste atitudine responsabilă şi să întreprindă toate acţiunile ce se impun pentru repartizarea (dezagregarea) operativă şi definitivă a bugetelor locale aprobate pentru anul 2016, se arată în atenționarea ministerului. De asemenea, cei de la minister atrag atenţia asupra necesităţii mobilizării urgente a direcţiilor finanţe UAT pentru acordarea întregului suport metodologic şi practic autorităţilor publice locale de primul nivel, în virtutea responsabilităţilor ce revin acestora, asigurînd astfel depăşirea situaţiei date. Referitor la procedurile de repartizare (dezagregare) a bugetelor în sistemul informaţional, reprezentanţii direcţiilor respective au fost instruiţi în luna noiembrie 2015, potrivit sursei citate. Totodată ministerul își exprimă disponibilitatea pentru a oferi autorităţilor publice locale deplinul suport pentru realizarea urgentă a sarcinii în cauză. În consecinţă, transferurile de la bugetul de stat vor putea fi efectuate doar către autorităţile publice locale care au finalizat acest proces.
