Молдова имеет потенциал и реальные шансы развить национальную экономику до уровня Польши, - считает посол Польши в Молдове Артур Михальский. В беседе с корреспондентом «Инфотаг» после подписания во вторник соглашения о сотрудничестве между AIPA и ТПП в вопросе внедрения проекта по модернизации АПК Молдовы за счет польского кредита в 100 млн евро, он сказал, что «кредит важен для модернизации молдавского сельского хозяйства».
Польша уже проходила этот путь. Наше сельское хозяйство совсем на другом уровне, нежели было раньше. Оно достаточно конкурентоспособно по сравнению с другими европейскими странами, - отметил Михальский.
По его словам, «для выдачи кредита требуется немало процедур, однако стороны подошли к финальной стадии в этом вопросе».
Польша ожидает, что ее помощь станет инструментом модернизации. Надеемся, кредит поможет всем сельхозпроизводителям, вне зависимости от месторасположения. Такое близкое сотрудничество с польской экономикой, польскими компаниями, у которых свежий опыт работы в новых, перспективных условиях, поможет молдавским сельхозпроизводителям в модернизации отрасли, - сказал посол.
Он уверен, что Молдова может достичь экономического уровня Польши, «однако для этого необходимо проводить реформы».
Должно быть желание и политическая воля. Нужно работать для того, чтобы ситуация изменилась. Молдова подписала Соглашение об ассоциации с ЕС, что, безусловно, поможет во внедрении множества новых механизмов, - считает Михальский.
