Молдова остается без госбюджета на 2015 год – плохо, но не катастрофично

Республика Молдова до сих пор остается без бюджета и налогово-бюджетной политики на 2015 год, и когда эти документы будут приняты руководством страны пока не ясно. Эксперты утверждают, что хотя бюджет и не принят, беспокоиться по этому поводу все же не стоит. Заведующий секцией политики социального развития Института экономики, финансов и статистики Академии наук и Минэкономики РМ Анатолий Рожко заявил агентству "Новости-Молдова", что в сложившейся ситуации нет повода для тревог. «Да, у нас нет главного экономического документы страны на этот год. Да, это плохо, но не катастрофично. Это плохо и для политической стабильности, и для состояния других сфер. Взять хотя бы ситуацию с валютным курсом. Конечно, во многом это экономическая подоплека, но и политическая в том числе. В стране сохраняется неопределенность, инвесторы не знают, что делать. Миссия МВФ должна была приехать, но визит организации откладывается», – сказал Рожко. Эксперт отметил, что на данный момент школы, больницы, наука и образование финансируются из бюджета согласно прошлогодним объемам. «Однако для того, чтобы обеспечить развитие страны и осуществлять какие-то экономические проекты, в первую очередь, конечно, нужны какие-то дополнительные инвестиции и ресурсы. Мы этого делать не можем, потому что находимся в границах бюджета прошлого года. В любой стране есть надежда, что каждый следующий год будет лучше, чем предыдущий. Из-за того, что нет бюджета, у нас связаны руки, и мы не можем ничего использовать, потому что не знаем, какое будет положение и как будут распределяться эти средства, на какие направления и цели они пойдут», – заметил собеседник агентства. Непринятие бюджета в сроки, полагают эксперты, не самое страшное. Специалисты заявляют, что такое было не раз. Проект госбюджета на 2015 год был подготовлен еще в ноябре 2014 года. Данный законопроект будет рассмотрен уже после того, как будет сформировано новое правительство.
