Патронаты предложили меры по снижению уровня теневой экономики

Национальная конфедерация патронатов Молдовы (НКПМ) разработала меры по снижению уровня теневой экономики, повышению эффективности социального диалога и улучшению трудового законодательства. Ее руководитель Леонид Чореску сказал в среду на конференции по обсуждению этих мер, что они направлены на улучшение бизнес-среды Молдовы. Главный специалист по вопросам деятельности работодателей патронатов Будапешта (Венгрия) Драган Радич также считает, что «неформальная экономика – одна из крупнейших проблем РМ, и поэтому разработанные документы нельзя откладывать в «долгий ящик». Каждый третий работник в Молдове трудится неофициально. И пока шанс быть пойманным очень низок, люди будут работать так, чтобы не платить налоги. Ничего не изменится, пока правительство не примет меры, – сказал он. По мнению патронатов, для снижения уровня теневой экономики, необходима прозрачная налоговая политика; строгие меры по недопущению контрабанды; повышение эффективности налоговиков и инспекции труда. Представители конфедерации отметили «неэффективность социального диалога между правительством и представителями бизнеса, а также между работодателями и работниками». На конференции представлен и ряд рекомендуемых поправок в Трудовой кодекс, которые, по мнению патронатов, смогут обеспечить гибкость и безопасность труда, а также адаптивность экономического рынка к изменениям. На встрече лидеров молдавских профсоюзов с миссией МВФ, профсоюзы назвали показатель уровня теневой экономики в РМ, который по их оценкам составляет 57%.
