Рост заработной платы продолжает замедляться

Некоторую стабилизацию экономики Молдовы, отмеченную в начале 2015 года, сменила четкая тенденция ухудшения перспектив национальной экономики, которая продолжает усиливаться. К таким выводам пришли независимые экономические эксперты аналитического центра Expert-Grup. К концу июня 2015г, поступления от НДС оказались на 400 млн леев меньше запланированной ранее суммы. Наиболее серьезный ударом стало приостановление финансирования со стороны внешних партнеров: в результате экономика РМ лишилась 3 млрд леев. Макроэкономическая нестабильность в совокупности с тяжелой экономической ситуацией в республике привела к усилению рисков, негативно влияющих на доходы населения. Как следует из отчета экспертов, рост реальной заработной платы продолжает замедляться. По данным статистики средняя зарплата в Молдове составила в мае 4524 лея – на 12% больше, чем год назад (4009,1 лея). Однако, с учетом инфляции рост составил 3,6%. Если же оценивать изменения в долларовом выражении с учетом девальвации национальной валюты, то средняя заработная плата не выросла, а уменьшилась. Кроме того, объем денежных переводов из-за границы по итогам второго квартала 2015 г. сократился на 30% по сравнению с показателями прошлого года. Что же касается ситуации на рынке труда, в июле Национальное агентство занятости населения (НАЗН) зарегистрировало 3,5 тыс. новых безработных. Всего же в Молдове, по последним данным, официально зарегистрировано почти 22 тыс. безработных. Среднее пособие по безработице в Молдове составляет 1240 леев, получают его менее 2 тыс. нетрудоустроенных.
