Несмотря на запрет со стороны руководства города, уличная торговля в муниципии Комрат продолжается. Уже не первый месяц примэрия города совместно с налоговой инспекцией и правоохранительными органами стараются решить проблему посредством рейдов и предупреждений. Очередной рейд показал, что, несмотря на запрет, люди продолжают торговать на улицах. У многих торговцев нет ни одного документа, разрешающего заниматься торговой деятельностью. При виде камер нарушители спешат покинуть место торговли. Продаем, потому что негде больше работать, - говорит продавец. Это мой единственный хлеб. Я не могу найти другой работы, мне 55 лет, - говорит реализатор. Несколько месяцев назад властям муниципия Комрат удалось убедить торгующих на улицах граждан перейти на специально оборудованные под торговлю рынки. Но некоторые и поныне продолжают нарушать законодательство, говоря, что не располагают средствами для оплаты места на рынке. Кто-то торгует прямо на улице, а кто-то – и на частной территории. Когда я только начал продавать свою продукцию, тоже стоял на улице, но потом пришла полиция и загнала нас сюда. Я заплатил большие деньги за этот стол, а через месяц все начали торговать на улице и это продолжается по сегодняшний день. Поэтому, если возможно решить эту проблему - ее нужно решать для всех одинаково. Если там кто-то торгует, сюда уже никто не зайдет, - уверен один из торговцев. Жители автономии считают, что продукты, реализуемые в антисанитарных условиях, представляют угрозу для здоровья, и потому на улице ничего не покупают, сообщает новостной портал Gagauzinfo.MD со ссылкой на общественный телеканал GRT. Было бы лучше, чтобы торговля шла в специально оборудованных местах, - отметил один из покупателей. В Молдове действует закон, запрещающий уличную торговлю в любом виде. Нарушителям грозит штраф от 50 до 150 условных единиц (1000-3000 леев).
