Ultima zi de prezentare e declarațiilor privind impozitul pe venit

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat informează: 25 martie este ultima zi în care contribuabilii persoane juridice și persoane fizice care practică activitate de întreprinzător, precum și persoane fizice care desfășoară activitate independentă, sunt obligați să depună declarația privind impozitul pe venit pentru perioada fiscală 2018. Amintim că, pentru recepționarea declarațiilor cu privire la impozitul pe venit pentru persoanele juridice, SFS a extins orarul de lucru pentru ziua de 25 martie 2019 până la ora 19:00. Totodată, persoanele care nu vor depune declarația în termen, riscă sancțiuni conform prevederilor Codului fiscal și cel contravențional. Reiterăm că, pentru persoanele fizice cetățeni, termenul de depunere a declarației privind impozitul pe venit a fost extins până la data de 2 mai. Suplimentar, contribuabilii se pot adresa la oficiul fiscal la care se deservesc sau pot apela Centrul unic de apel al Serviciului Fiscal de Stat la numărul 0-8000-1525 (apel gratuit).
