Субсидирование рабочих мест в случае некоммерческих организаций
Вправе ли некоммерческая организация претендовать на субсидирование рабочих мест, предусмотренное положениями ПП №49/2021? В отношении каких категорий лиц действует право на получение данных субсидий? Постановлением Правительства №49/2021 было утверждено Положение о субсидировании рабочих мест (далее – Положение). Согласно п. 3 Положения, субъектами субсидирования являются юридические и физические лица, осуществляющие предпринимательскую деятельность, некоммерческие организации, лица, занимающиеся профессиональной деятельностью – резиденты Республики Молдова, заявления которых были оценены положительно и которые получили одобрение на субсидирование вследствие трудоустройства ими лиц, относящихся к следующим категориям: лица, которые в течение не менее 12 месяцев подряд, предшествующих месяцу приема на работу, не имели доходов в виде заработной платы, соответствующих категориям кода 10...
