La stabilirea numărului necesar de notari se va ține cont de numărul de locuitori, de întinderea teritoriului, necesitățile economice şi plafonul veniturilor realizate din activitatea notarială. Regulamentul Ministerului Justiţiei ce prevede modul de stabilire a numărului necesar de notari și de actualizare a numărului de locuri de notar a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial Nr. 371-382 din 27 octombrie curent.

Государственный контроль в области охраны здоровья и безопасности труда будет закреплен за 10-ю компетентными госучреждениями. В каждом из них будет работать инспектор труда, ответственный за осуществление госконтроля на предмет соблюдения работодателями законодательства. В то же время, с Государственной инспекции труда аналогичные компетенции сняты.

В Молдове будет отменена норма, предусматривающая либерализацию тарифов на страховые премии на рынке страхования автогражданской ответственности с 2018 г. Это предусматривают принятые парламентом в первом чтении поправки в Закон об обязательном страховании гражданской ответственности за ущерб, причиненный автотранспортными средствами.

Расширение российских санкций
Россия расширила санкции против ряда западных стран. Импорт живых свиней и субпродуктов из стран Евросоюза, США, Канады и некоторых других стран будет запрещен. Об этом говорится в постановлении правительства РФ, опубликованном 27 октября текущего года.
Prin Legea bugetului de stat pentru anul 2017 a fost introdus conceptul de “preț minim de comercializare cu amănuntul pentru țigarete”, fiind stabilit prețul minim de comercializare cu amănuntul pentru țigaretele cu filtru ca fiind de 16 lei, iar pentru țigaretele fără filtru – 7 lei.
