Физическое лицо решило продать свой дом. Вправе ли данное физическое лицо при исчислении налогооблагаемого дохода вычесть из него расходы, связанные со строительством этого дома? В соответствии с п. с) ч. (2) ст. 37 НК, частная собственность, не используемая в предпринимательской деятельности, в налоговых целях рассматривается как капитальный актив.

В денежном выражении ВВП составил 58 млрд. 531 млн. леев. Об этом сообщило Национальное бюро статистики, отметив, что, в частности, во II квартале 2016 г. ВВП Молдовы составил 31 млрд. 434 млн. леев, и увеличился на 0,6%, по сравнению с предыдущим, I кварталом 2016 г., а также вырос на 1,8%, по сравнению со II кварталом прошлого года.
