Остается ли в зачете сумма НДС при возврате товара поставщику – юридическому лицу, находящемуся на территории Республики Молдова и не имеющему налоговых отношений с ее бюджетной системой, если данный товар при возврате его продавцу остался у покупателя на хранении? Согласно ч. (6) ст. 4 Закона о введении в действие раздела III Налогового кодекса № 1417-XIII от 17.12.1997, субъекты обложения налогом на добавленную стоимость, находящиеся на территории Республики Молдова и имеющие налоговые отношения с ее бюджетной системой, пользуются правом зачета налога на добавленную стоимость, уплаченного ими за товары и услуги, приобретенные у юридических и физических лиц

Legea cadastrului bunurilor imobile a fost completată cu un articol ce prevede înregistrarea locurilor de parcare din clădiri în registrul bunurilor imobile. Un proiect în acest sens a fost votat în lectură finală în cadrul ședinței plenare a Parlamentului și va intra în vigoare după publicarea în Monitorul Oficial.
