О налоговых обязательствах физического лица при продаже доли участия в капитале юридического лица
Физическое лицо – резидент Республики Молдова намерено продать свою долю участия в уставном капитале юридического лица. Возникнут ли в этом случае какие-либо налоговые обязательства? В первую очередь отметим, что в случаях продажи, обмена или при применении иной формы отчуждения (выбытия) капитальных активов налогоплательщик обязан определить прирост или потери капитала. Затем рассмотрим, какие налоговые обязательства могут возникнуть у сторон при продаже физическим лицом своей доли в уставном капитале юридическому лицу.

В среду, 10 февраля, состоятся плановые отключения электроэнергии в Молдове. Об этом заявили в RED UNION FENOSA.

În vederea respectării legislaţiei în domeniul raporturilor de muncă şi protejării drepturilor salariaţilor, precum şi întreprinderii măsurilor de contracarare a fenomenului „muncii la negru” şi a practicii de achitare a salariilor „în plic”, având ca bază Regulamentul comun privind activitatea echipelor multidisciplinare, aprobat prin ordinul comun IFPS nr.393, ISM nr. 12-a, IGP nr. 82, CNSM nr.150 din 05.05.2015, organele semnatare ale Regulamentului au întreprins, în perioada 01.01.2015 — 31.12.2015, un şir de acţiuni conform competenţelor.
